RepU Limited ("RepU", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

This policy applies to all information collected through our website (www.repu.me), the RepU Workspace web application, any associated mobile applications (including the RepU Workspace iOS application), and any related services, sales, marketing, or events.

1.1 Information you provide to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Register for or use the RepU Workspace platform
  • Express interest in or purchase our products or services
  • Participate in activities on our website (e.g. submitting the contact form)
  • Contact us for support or general enquiries

The personal information we collect may include: name, email address, job title, company name, phone number, postal address, and billing/payment information.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or use our applications, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers
  • Usage data: pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, referring URLs
  • Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics collected via Google Analytics 4

Our primary third-party service providers include:

  • Google Firebase — authentication and database infrastructure
  • Google Analytics 4 — website and app analytics
  • Apple App Store — iOS application distribution (subject to Apple's own privacy terms)

5. International data transfers

Our primary data processing infrastructure is hosted in the United Kingdom. Where we engage third-party providers based outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.


6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need your personal data, we securely delete or anonymise it.

For RepU Workspace accounts, your data is retained for the duration of your account and for a period of 90 days following account deletion, after which it is permanently purged from our systems.


7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to improve your browsing experience and to understand how visitors use our site. The types of cookies we use include:

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the website to function properly
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with the website (via Google Analytics 4)
  • Preference cookies: remember your settings and preferences

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use some features of our website.


8. iOS application data collection

The RepU Workspace iOS application may collect certain data in connection with your use of the app, including:

  • Account credentials (email address) for authentication purposes
  • Device identifiers and push notification tokens (for in-app notifications)
  • Usage analytics to improve app performance and user experience
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data

The iOS app does not collect precise location data, access your contacts, camera, or microphone unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature. 9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
