Open contact form →RepU Workspace accounts are provisioned by your organisation administrator. If your company has a RepU Workspace subscription, your administrator will send you an invitation email. If you are interested in setting up a new Workspace for your organisation, please contact us via the link below.
On the RepU Workspace sign-in screen, tap or click 'Forgot password?' and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
The RepU Workspace iOS app is available on the Apple App Store. Search for 'RepU Workspace' or follow the link provided by your organisation administrator. The app requires iOS 16 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad.
First, ensure you are running the latest version of the app by checking for updates in the App Store. Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our support team with your device model, iOS version, and a description of the issue.
Check that you are using the correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password?' option. If your account has been locked or disabled, contact your organisation administrator. If you believe there is a technical issue, please reach out to [email protected] with details of the error message you are seeing.
Team member management is handled by your Workspace administrator. Administrators can invite new users and manage existing user roles and permissions from the Workspace settings panel.
Yes. RepU Workspace data is automatically backed up on a daily basis. In the event of data loss, please contact support immediately and we will work to restore your data.
Data export options are available within the Workspace settings for administrators. If you require assistance with a full data export, please contact [email protected]
To cancel your RepU Workspace subscription, please contact us at [email protected] at least 14 days before your next billing date. If you subscribed via an iOS in-app purchase, you can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings in the App Store.
You have the right to delete your RepU Workspace account and all associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including projects, contacts, files, and messages — will be permanently removed from our systems within 90 days of the deletion request.

If you subscribed via iOS in-app purchase, please also manage your subscription via your Apple ID settings before submitting a deletion request, to avoid future charges.
